Meet Geraud, the heart and hands behind our sourdough. Originally from France, Geraud moved to beautiful Amsterdam last year, bringing with him a passion for artisanal bread that's been ten years in the making.
With a deep understanding of French bread-making traditions, he’s crafted a unique sourdough recipe that captures the authentic flavors of his homeland. Geraud believes that the vibrant bread culture in the Netherlands is ready to embrace his carefully fermented, naturally leavened loaves.
Now, he’s excited to share his passion with Amsterdam’s restaurants, corporate clients, and catering services, bringing a true taste of artisanal excellence to local menus.
